Tasting Notes
Co-Owner, Jeff Schroeder’s Syrah from Colson Canyon Vineyard (Santa Barbara). The nose is expressive of subtly fresh cut blueberry, unripe plum, and cinnamon spice. The palate shows some of the same nuances in addition to red fruits and rhubarb cherry amongst underlying rosemary and sage herbs.
